Simtriyo is the first and only ADHD treatment that targets a trio of neurotransmitters—norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), and serotonin [span](5-[/span]HT)—and is a CNS stimulant designed to address a range of ADHD challenges.1

The mechanism of action of Simtriyo in the treatment of ADHD is unclear; however, its efficacy could be mediated through its activity as a norepinephrine-dopamine-serotonin reuptake inhibitor (NDSRI).

Simtriyo offers a pharmacokinetic profile designed to[br-d] support once-daily dosing

Simtriyo capsules contain a combination of[br-m] immediate release, sustained release, and [br-d]delayed[br-m] release beads. After patients take a dose of[br-m] Simtriyo, peak concentration is[br-d] achieved at 5[br-m] hours post-dose and steady state is reached by[br-m] the second day.1
